Social Entrepreneur Victor Regal teams up with AdamStart for Youth Empowerment Programme.

19-year-old Aliu Toluwani Victor (Victor Regal), a student and social changemaker from Lagos, has teamed up with AdamStart to launch the Strategies for Advancement in a Post COVID-19 Era series. Victor is the creator and host of the TeenXpressions radio show based out of his University, Lead City University, Ibadan. He is also the co-founder of Upsurge Global, a youth led social enterprise which provides training and development courses.

Countries around the world are suffering under the conditions of the Coronavirus pandemic. Many are in lockdown and this leaves a catastrophic chasm for youth. Leadership at this time is not just about leading through the crisis, but how you remain resilient and resourceful after the crisis hits.

We are aware that this period is a time of idleness for many young people, so resourceful entrepreneur Victor Regal created this programme filled with resources that would help each attendee in self development and leadership growth. It is his way of leading other young people to be productive and studious during their time in lockdown.

He has teamed up with 27-year-old Queen’s Young Leader and social entrepreneur and Founder of AdamStart, Adam Bradford, a UK personality. Victor is an ambassador for the AdamStart programme, which provides opportunities for young people to create social impact around the world.

Speaking on the launch of the programme, Adam said: ‘We are delighted to support Victor in this resourceful and enriching initiative during these pressing times. It is important that the world steps up to work together and provide the very best support structure for everyone into the future. That is exactly what Victor is doing and I am proud that he is an ambassador for AdamStart.’

The programme runs from 6th to 10th May 2020 online. You can sign up here: http://bit.ly/Upsurgereg
